Construction of office Building for C& AG of India at Deen Dayal Upadhyay marg, Rouse Avenue, new Delhi including internal electrical works, water supply and sanitary installation, HVAC, Lift and other services is awarded by CPWD, New Delhi on behalf of President of India. Total cost of the project is 57.12 crores. Time allowed for the project is 16 months.

Unity Infraprojects Limited has completed Five Star Hotel at Balewadi, pune to accommodate sportpersons participating in the Commonwealth Youth Games. The project was completed in a record time of 12 months. The 400 room hotel with an area of 600,000 sq ft. has been built with an investment of Rs 300 crore.

The National Highways Authority of India has been mandated to develop adequate road connectivity to major ports in India. The project known as ‘Development of adequate road connectivity to Jawaharlal Nehru Port’ is part of the same.The Project involves construction of an additional 2 lane carriageway having a length of 30 Km which consists of construction of 10 Km of Flexible (Bitumen) and 20 Km of Rigid pavement (concrete road).

These are three separate contracts for Design,Construction and operation and maintenance of storm water pumping stations at Cleave Land,Lovegrove,Worli and Haji Ali at Mumbai.The work will be executed by the consortium with Mather and Platt, Wilo Pumps, Korea for Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. Total cost of these projects is 238.91 Crores.
