You are able to effectively use referencing techniques through the use of printed and electronic reference material.
You have a good command over the English language and are able to use correct punctuation, and grammar and can apply your knowledge to every specific document transcribed.
You take every document as a challenge and possess the zeal and ability to understand new accents, do dictation with background noise, and produce work with a minimum of 90% accuracy.
