Amit has 8 years of experience managing large technology teams and delivering enterprise software products at large companies like IBM Software Labs, HSBC GLT and RBM.

In 2005, Amit co-founded RBM (http://rbm.co.in) to realize his entrepreneurial ambitions. He has a very strong interpersonal and networking skill and is responsible for business development, strategic alliances and deliveries for RBM. Amit is a Computer Engineer from Govt Engg College, Amravati.

Sujit Karpe

Chief Executive Officer

Sujit is the driving force behind the company's business strategy. After graduating from PICT, a premier institute in Pune as Computer Engineer, he had a successful career with IBM India. After IBM he moved on to co-find RBM to realize his entrepreneur ambitions and made it a success.

Amol Shinde

VP - Sales

Amol has acquired his graduate degree in Civil Engineering from GCOE (Amravati) and MBA degree from Mumbai University in Marketing. After completion of his MBA, Amol worked with a US MNC, Armstrong World Industries as an Assistant Manager- Sales. During his successful stint with AWIL, his entrepreneurial aspirations were always on high which always prompted him to get in the venture of Radix Business Models Pvt. Ltd. He joined RBM in June 2006 as the Head- Sales & Marketing
