INSTA was established in the year 2003 with the intention of creating a One Stop Solutions for all point of contact requirements. Over the last four years we have carved for ourselves the enviable position of being the largest Indian Companies point of contact solutions in Europe. Today we have 6 partners in Europe, an international network of associates and 7 strategically positioned offices across India. The result of this is a ten-fold growth in the turnover and size of the company.
We have a dedicated state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Vasai and Haridwar.
Our team of 220 dedicated professionals ensures that we deliver the right solution, at the right time and of the right quality all over India and other dozen countries globally. CEO & Creative Director Exhibition Division
A science graduate and MBA. Has over 18 years of experience in above the line and below the line advertising with specialization in Integrated and point-of-contact communication. His understanding of the communication processes has been strengthened by his experience in handling campaigns across a wide array of industries like automobile, pharma, engineering, FMCG, food ingredient's, metal and alloys and many more. He has been a part of the Insta team right from its inception and is now heading the exhibition division.

Mr. Ved Prakash Kedia heads the company's Sales & Marketing for Display and Expo divisions. He also heads the unit operations of Insta's Gurgaon office and Haridwar manufacturing plant. He has undergone various management programmes in Sales & Marketing and traveled extensively across India and abroad.

Mr. Madhav Shenoy is the director of International Business with Insta Group. Mr. Shenoy joined Insta Group in 2007 and brought with him over 22 years of experience in strategic management sales. Mr. Shenoy's expertise includes Strategic Management, Sales and Marketing and Manufacturing Operations. In his previous role, Mr. Shenoy headed the Asia-pacific, USA, Mexico and Australian operations for food ingredient and pharmaceutical company.
