So I signed up, what all can I do?
On signing up you could either
a.> Create your business showcase. To do this, click on the showcase link on the right side under the menu section of the dashboard page
b.> Enter your profile details by clicking on Edit link , in the edit mode of your showcase. Enter your business details by clicking on the edit in the About module
c.> Select from 26 modules to create a more attractive business showcase. To know more click here
d.> Invite Business contacts to join your network and view your showcase, by clicking on the ‘ Invite’ link on the top or the

‘ Invite contacts’ button on the right side of the dashboard page
e.> Search for products , services, companies or individuals using the search feature on the top.
What all can I use to advertise my business using bizhands?
Create your business showcase at bizhands, then
a.> Click on the ‘Promote’ button on the top, and embed your ‘ Business showcase’ button in your email signature, blogs or your website. To know more about this feature, click here
b.> Click on the Share button to send a link of your showcase to your business contacts outside of bizhands. To know more about this feature, click here
c.> Your showcase at bizhands will be indexed in major search engines like Google. Enter keywords related to your business by clicking on the ‘Add Keyword’ Button to optimize being found in search results. The more relevant the keyword, the more likely your business will stand out when someone searches. To know more about this feature, click here
d.> Write business related content and promote it among businesses within and outside of bizhands.

Everyday millions of people are on a browsing spree hunting for their industry supplies and services. Bizhands provides you tools to publish your business content and gain a World Wide Web visibility, enabling these millions of people to find you.

Click on the ‘ News and bizblogs’ link on the right side of the dashboard page to start writing your business content. To know more about this feature, click here
e.> Click on the ‘invite’ link on the top or the ‘Invite contacts’ button on the left to advertise your showcase with businesses outside of bizhands. To know more about this feature, click here
I signed up, but didn’t receive any account activation email?
Typically an account activation link is sent within a few minutes to your registered email address.
If you do not receive it within that time frame, please check for it in your ‘spam’ folder of your email service.
If you can’t find it in your spam, please send us an email at customerservice@bizhands.com
How do I change my email address and password?
After Signing in, click on the Settings link on the left side of the dashboard
To change Email address
Under the Basic tab, click on the change link next to contact email address.
Enter your new email address twice and click on the ‘Change contact Email’ button to save the new email address
To change Password
Under the Basic tab, click on the change link next to Password.
Enter your Old password and your New Password twice. Click on the ‘Change Password’ button to save your New Password.
How do I re-open an account I previously closed?

How do I stop receiving email notifications from bizhands.com?
After Signing in, click on the Settings link on the left side of the dashboard page .
Click on the notifications tab, and click on No for the activity you choose not to receive the email notification for.
How do I invite business’s to join bizhands?
Click on the invite link on top or the ‘Invite Contacts’ button on the left
a.> To invite your business contacts individually, click on the ‘Individual Contact’ tab.
Enter the Company name, Full name or email address of the businesses you looking to invite and click on the ‘Search for your Contacts’ button
Bizhands searches whether your entered businesses are already registered with Bizhands.

If yes, then you would get an ‘Add to contact’ button to add them to your business network as seen below.
Else a ‘ Send invitation’ button would be seen for you to invite your business contact.
b.> To invite your business contacts from your email address book, click on the ‘Email address Book’ tab
Select the email service and enter your username and password to retrieve all your contacts by clicking the Search Contacts button.
Bizhands searches whether your retrieved businesses are already registered with Bizhands.

If yes, then you would get a ‘Add to contact’ button to add them to your business network as seen below.
Else a ‘ Send invitation’ button would be seen for you to invite your business contact.
c.> To invite contacts uploaded from a .csv or a .vcf format file select the
Click on Browse and select either a csv or a vcf format file.

Click on ‘Upload Contact file’ to retrieve all contacts from your file.
Bizhands searches whether your retrieved businesses are already registered with Bizhands.

The right panel shows contacts registered with Bizhands. Click on the ‘ Add to contact’ button to add them to your network.

The left panel shows contacts not registered with Bizhands. Click on the ‘Invite’ button to send them an invitation.
What is the repository meant for?
The repository is the place where all your files i.e images, audios, documents, which you have uploaded throughout the system ( as attachments in messages or in your showcase ) are stored.
Deleting any file from the repository would delete it permanently from bizhands. All instances of the file, in the showcase or as attachments in messages would then be deleted
How do I delete an image , audio, document permanently from Bizhands?
Click on the ‘repository’ link on the left side
Select either the images, Documents, Audio tab, and click on the X to delete that file.
How much of space is provided to me at bizhands?
Currently, bizhands provides you with 30 MB of disk space.
The bar on the top of the repository page, shows how much of this quota is being utilized
What are ‘ Network Updates’?
‘Network updates’ keeps a track of your Business Network and your Subscription list.
It notifies you whenever a Business in your Network -
Has added a new contact.
Has added a new Product / service.
Has updated existing Product or Service.
Has received a new recommendation.
Has its Product or Service marked as a Favourite.
It also notifies you whenever a Business in your subscription list
Has added a new Product / service.
Has updated existing Product or Service.
Has received a new recommendation.
Has its Product or Service marked as a Favourite.
What are My Updates?
‘My Updates’ keeps a track of your Business Showcase , Business Network and Message Inbox.
It notifies you whenever -
You receive a new Buy or a Sell inquiry
Your invitation to connect with another business has been accepted.
Another Business has marked your product or Service as a favourite.
Another Business has subscribed to you.
You receive a Request for recommendation.
Your recommendation to another Business has been accepted.
You receive a new message.
What is meant by the following symbols?
Means first degree of connection. You and the business you are viewing are directly connected.

Means second degree of connection. You and the business you are viewing have a mutual / common contact (a business who happens to be yours as well as the viewing business’s contact).

Means third degree of connection. You and the business you are viewing are connected to each other by a chain of contacts consisting of a contact from your user network and a contact from the viewing business’s user network.
What are pending approvals?
Pending approvals are requests sent to you by members of bizhands. These could be
Introduction messages, sent by Members wanting your help to be introduced to another member.
Add to contact invitation, sent by members wanting to connect with you and add you to their business network.
Recommendation, sent by your contacts, waiting for you to approve them.
Visibility change, sent by contacts wanting to change visibility from ‘ Among only Contacts’ to ‘ Among all members of bizhands and Guests’. To know about this, click here
How can I customize ‘ Related Business ‘ , ’ Related products’ and ‘ Related services’?
Bizhands keeps a track of your behaviour on bizhands and based on that provides you with a list of your relevant and related businesses, products and services.
To customize, click on Preferences link under these sections ( on the dashboard page ) to be directed to the Preferences page.
Under ‘Add another category’, select the industries whose related and relevant products and services you want to receive. When done click on the Save button.
